It's very tough and it's doable. But remember that once you reached a milestone (for example: the number of users, revenues,etc) you set earlier, you need to quit your fulltime job and put all your focus on your startup.

The only thing I could suggest is to do the marketing, new business and scheduling, while farming out the individual tasks to employees/contractors (and pay them on a project by project basis). For example, in any one week you could schedule the upcoming tasks and then assign each to someone else to complete. That would enable you to keep your fulltime job but adds the dimension of getting dependable folks to help out.
