In this case, what we've done is implementing the use of more energy efficient equipments like high efficiency fluorescent bulbs exclusively for lighting, more energy efficient computer monitors, AC/heating unit, and the effective elimination of draft throughout the building. Taking those steps have resulted in a lower electricity and gas bills as an instant benefit, and also we are reducing our carbon emission footprint to the environment in the long term.
