i hust read you article saying you can`t get a laon in Tunisia unlest you own a business that not throuhg i took a loan frob stb to pusache an appartememt in sousse in fact i had a small deposit i got it very fast to afeter the pusrsache i rent it to a private personne and the rent pay for it
