I am a corporate filmaker, and I used to work for one of the largest apparel manufacturers in Southern China. We dealt with this issue all the time, because we couldn't make any sales if our customers had no confidence in us.

We made films that showed customers what our factories look like, and how we were compliant with international standards of quality, worker care, environment, etc. Very effective, if its done properly, and our company relied a lot on these videos during sales calls, etc.

BTW, I have since left my employer in China and set up my own shop creating films like this, for factories in China just like yours. Drop me an email if you want to talk more on how I can help you - be glad to help.
