Can I patent a web site idea?

From Robin Lucas After reading your article, "A Guide To What You Can and Cant Patent", I fully understood for the first time why my attorney told me my invention was unpatentable.
I created a new version of the dickie, Chic Peeks by MYSS, http://www.chicpeeks.com . I have been able to trademark the name Chic Peeks by MYSS, and have received some press for my product. Thanks so much for cutting through the legalese.
