You've managed to grow your business in your current location, so it can't be all bad! Moving is pricey and should be your last resort.

First question I'd want to answer is, where are your current customers coming from? Is there a deeper pool of potential customers in that same geographic area?

Then consider putting together a calendar of seasonal promotions (winter wear, summer lingerie, etc) and reach out to this target (and your current customer base, of course) with a compelling reason to shop your store each month. Give them a great reason come back, and they will.

You need to answer some questions which will reveal your answer:
What is the most profitable product you sell and how are you the most effective in selling it?
What "barriers of purchasing" does your product currently encounter?
Can you translate the "how to" of your present selling system to the web (the ultimate "foot traffic" store front?
