First of all, your fees for your paralegal work should be separate from your marketing consulting.
Your paralegal services may be on an hourly or project basis depending upon the job. However, your paralegal experience is lower than most freelance paralegals, many of whom have 25+ experience. Your hourly fee could range between $50 to $100 an hour, perhaps, lowering your hourly fee for a long-term project. Since you will have a masters degree in marketing, and you have marketing experience, your fee for marketing consulting can be much higher, say $75 to $150. Keep in mind, however, that there are many marketing consultants and legal consulting firms who have been in operation for many years that are your competitors. Aiming for the solo practitioners and small law firms is your best target market.
