		<description>I would not look to a bank for a capital equipment loan. The depreciation on the equipment and industry would not appeal to an investment advisor at a bank.  I would seek out government grants from the USDA or SBA for micro loans which are up to $50k or 7(a) loans which can be used for capital improvement.  Also look for state sponsored loans. Banks at least right now are the last place to look.  Hopefully that helps.</description>
