Finding the right partner is almost impossible. If I read correct, you are starting out. You may not want to give ownership away now. This is your baby, a day will come when you have a key employee that will earn that sort of reward. I would look to partner with existing companies that will compliment your services and offer a commission to do so. It's allot easier to work with an organization that can provide your offerings to their existing clientele. If you prove to this organization your skill set they will have no problem introducing you to their clients.
If you do go that route, as tempting as it may be, don't short their commissions. You may get to a point where you feel you don't need them, but you never know!
Good Luck!!
