		<description>It all comes down to how the initial lease was put together.. If you personally guaranteed it then your pretty much screwed, as the landlord can come after you personally.. if the lease is just between the landlord and xyz llc... walk out, fold the company and start over.. because they can only come after the assets of that company not you personally...</description>
