As long as the new location is still considered to be the same business, you do not need an additional tax ID number. The tax ID number is for the business, not "locations" of a business.

My compnay just recently opened a new/additional location. I was told over the phone from the IRS that there is no need for an additional tax ID. There is form 8822 part II, if you would like to change the address in the IRS system, but that is only for mailing purposes.
