How to set up an umbrella company
Bernard, Cape Town, Conn.
I want to start an umbrella group of about 20 real estate agencies. This group will grow in numbers. The name of the umbrella entity will be used for Website and advertising purposes, with a goal of becoming the fastest-growing real estate networking group. Can you please explain the best option for registering the umbrella group?

I think that the best way of setup will be an Holding contruction with so called BV's underneed it. for example, this is used in Europe (Netherlands)
The benefit of this structure is not only the Tax but also the income from all the 20 companies ho will be benefit from the holding.
