		<description>In my experience, I have billed 20% off the backend.  In other words, 20% of the base salary per year.  E.g.  If they are placed for 100K, you would be due 20k.</description>

Every situation is different, you always want to look at the partnership you have with that client company, but a good starting place is: consider what your direct hire fee would be for that level of position and credit any amount the client has already paid towards that investment.</description>
